My first-hand experience as a C-level executive, business transformation specialist and coach, has revealed the power of Emotionally Intelligent (EI) Leadership – what I call “Leaders Inspired.” I’m launching my blog to share what I’ve learned with you!
I have helped successful business owners, CEOs, directors, senior managers, and team leaders use EI to develop future leaders – and achieve the business results that have eluded them.
My blog and website are about finding the leader who lives in each of us. We’ll explore:

The Leader is…
Someone who is inspired to inspire
Someone who lives by a set of values and ethics and role-models those values each day
An inclusive visionary
A heart centered man or woman willing to collaborate from a place of vision
At the center is the HEART – the source of inspiration. The place where Emotionally Intelligent Leaders emerge.
Not the mind

Not the ego

…From the place of intuitive knowledge, emotional intelligence, spiritual connection, understanding that as a leader you are part of a whole.
In my training I use the analogy of the Leadership Wheel. The Leadership Wheel needs 12 Sturdy Spokes to Provide Stability and Traction:
- Self-Aware – Understands When Ego is Running the Show
- Speaks the Truth Directly and With Compassion
- Has Impeccable Integrity
- Inspires Others to Their Highest and Best
- Communicates
- Is Here To Listen
- Trusts and Inspires Trust in Others
- Is Curious – Wanting to Dig Rather than Blame
- Is Accountable
- Navigates Rather Than Drives
- Works with Wisdom – Works From Genius
- Lives with Vision and Purpose
